Kids & Teens Programme
Our Kids & Teens Programme introduces young students to Kyokushin Karate through a structured, positive, and engaging training approach. Children and teenagers learn strong basics, balance, coordination, discipline, and respectful behaviour while building confidence and focus. Training is adapted to their age and ability level, helping every student grow safely and steadily.
Kids (Ages 5–12)
A fun, beginner-friendly introduction to martial arts that develops confidence, coordination, and discipline. Our young students learn fundamental techniques in a safe and supportive environment that encourages good behaviour and focus.

Teens (Ages 13–17)
Designed to support both physical and mental growth, our teen sessions combine traditional Kyokushin techniques with modern movement and problem-solving. Teens learn clean techniques, controlled sparring, discipline, and how to remain calm under pressure — valuable skills both inside and outside the dojo.
They will learn:

Adults & Advanced Programme
Adults (Ages 18+)
Adult classes focus on practical Kyokushin basics, padwork, kata, and conditioning. You’ll improve your fitness, develop strong technical skills, and experience the mental benefits of martial arts such as stress relief, clarity, and discipline. Training is suitable for all levels, whether you're new or returning.

Advanced & Competition Training
For students who want to push further, our competition training develops high-level striking, conditioning, fight strategy, and mental readiness. These sessions include knockdown sparring, advanced kata, and targeted strength and endurance work — ideal for those preparing for tournaments or wanting a deeper challenge.

Belt Progression
We follow the standard Kyokushin grading system. Students progress through their belts by learning basics, kata, sparring, fitness, and good dojo etiquette.
